• Our verification services are based on available official records.
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of government records.
• Verification timelines depend on government authority response times.
• Some properties may not be verifiable due to incomplete records.

Pricing

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.
• Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the total amount.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension.
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• We use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply.

Permitted Uses

• Accessing Services for personal or business property verification needs
• Using information for legitimate property transactions
• Sharing verification reports with authorized parties

Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.

• Termination does not entitle you to refunds for used services.
